Sean Coniglio serves as Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer of HCP Associates, where he leads the firm’s strategic consulting practice and oversees the company’s operations, financial management, and long-term growth. Since joining HCP in 2000, he has helped guide hundreds of organizations through complex business challenges, providing strategic counsel that aligns research, planning, and execution to achieve measurable results.

With more than 25 years of experience in business strategy, organizational development, market research, and executive consulting, Coniglio works closely with corporate leadership teams, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and private-sector companies to solve complex challenges and position organizations for sustainable growth. His expertise spans strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, organizational alignment, community research, economic development, and leadership advisory services.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to build consensus, Coniglio has successfully led strategic initiatives across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, higher education, tourism and hospitality, technology, energy, maritime, insurance, real estate, economic development, government, nonprofit organizations, and professional sports. As Managing Partner, Coniglio oversees HCP’s business operations while helping shape the firm’s strategic direction and client relationships. A third-generation Tampa native, Coniglio remains deeply committed to the region he calls home. He resides in the Tampa Bay area with his wife and is the proud father of three adult sons. Throughout his career, he has dedicated significant time to civic leadership, youth athletics, economic development, and nonprofit service, believing that strong communities are built through collaboration, leadership, and long-term investment.
